  He was born 07 December 1846 in Indiana.

• My great-great-grandfather was George Washington Timmons. He was born 7 December 1846 in Vermillion County, Indiana. He was of Irish descent. He had light complexion, light hair and blue eyes. He stood 5 feet 7 inches tall. He had at least two brothers, Perry Timmons of Cassville, Missouri and Alex Timmons of Elm Springs, Arkansas. He served as a Private in Company E, 63rd Regiment, in the Union Army during the U. S. Civil War. He was enrolled into the Army on 12 August 1862 at Covington, Fountain County, Indiana. He was mustered into the Army on 30 August 1862 in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. He was mustered out of the Army on 21 June 1865 at Greensboro, North Carolina. He married Martha Jane Medley on 4 November 1875 in Knox County, Indiana. He died 11 April 1941 in Knox County, Indiana. He is buried in Bruceville, Knox County, Indiana.

• George Washington Timmons and Martha Jane (Medley) Timmons had at least six children: George (born 1880 or 1882), Raymond (born 1883), Tyler or "Tally" (born 1885), Joseph (born 1886), Alonzo or "Lon" (born 1887), and Frances Folsum Timmons (born 1888). All of the children were born in Indiana.

• My great-grandmother was Frances Folsum (Timmons) Eddleman.
  
  She was born 18 May 1888 in Indiana. She married Alonzo (no middle name) Eddleman on 01 April 1908 in Knox County, Indiana. She died 03 February 1975, in her home, in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana. She is buried in Vincennes, Knox County, Indiana.

• Alonzo Eddleman and Frances Folsum (Timmons) Eddleman had six children: Clarence Noble Eddleman (born 26 January 1909 in Knox County, Indiana), George Elmer Eddleman (born 04 April 1910 in Knox County, Indiana), Martha Marie or "Marie" Eddleman (born 27 March 1912 in Knox County, Indiana), Helen Irene Eddleman (born 19 August 1915 in Knox County, Indiana), Gladys Loraine or "Lody" Eddleman (born 13 January 1923 in Knox County, Indiana), and Robert James Eddleman (born 19 November 1927 in Knox County, Indiana).
